Luís Maria Brazão Peixoto e Bourbon Graduated in Food Science and Technology, an Enology branch in 2008 and is currently taking a master's degree in Enology and Viticulture at the University of Évora. He had internships in various wine cellars of Alentejo, like the Sociedade Vitivinícola d´Os Lusíadas and Joaquim Manuel Cabaço e Cabaço.
