At Quinta de São José de Peramanca, wine and horses are lived intensely. The Stud-farm has always been a present idea in the Grave Family.
This stud-farm has always stood out in the areas of education, obstacles and bullfighting.

Today, integrates Lusitano and half-blood horses, worked daily in multiple disciplines. In 2011, one of the horses of the João Grave stud-farm, the "Zique da Pêra Manca", was elected by the Portuguese Association of Breeders of Lusitano Thoroughbred, as the best bullfighting horse in the consecrated category.
